The Neo DCR Sales mobile app (available on Android and iOS, or distributed otherwise)
All these are owned and operated by NeoGrid Smart Technologies LLP. We respect your concern for privacy and ensure that all personal data collected is handled responsibly and transparently.

Neo DCR Sales may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in line with business needs or changes in statutory regulations. Any significant changes will be explicitly communicated to portal and mobile app users. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
Location Tracking
Neo DCR Sales does not record users’ GPS location continuously.
In cases such as multiple deliveries or service ticket scenarios, the system may automatically capture location data at set intervals to recommend the best next assignment.
This data is used internally only and is not exposed to any backend user or administrator.
Current Location
In specific scenarios, only the last known location is shown to backend agents for task assignment purposes.
Location of Transactions
All user transactions are geo-tagged.
If location services are turned off, users will be prompted to enable them before saving transaction data.
Background Location Tracking
Background tracking may occur to measure accurate travel distances of sales personnel.
Location data is captured periodically (e.g., every few minutes), not continuously or in real time.
This tracking is active only when the user is logged in and marked as "on duty" or "available"
Users are always informed of this behavior and may disable location permissions anytime
Map View of Activities
Transactions captured with location can also be displayed on a map within the platform.
Device Data Capturing
On every login, the app captures certain device details such as:
Manufacturer name and model
Battery status
Operating system version
Google Play Services version
This helps us troubleshoot reported issues and optimize app performance. Such data may also be visible to the company (i.e., the employer or client using Neo DCR Sales).
Automatic Call Logging
If enabled by the client administrator (with user consent):
The app may log the date, time, and duration of calls made to or received from existing customers/prospects.
A mini customer/prospect profile may appear during calls, even on a locked screen.
This feature is active only if enabled by the administrator and not disallowed by the user.
Data Capturing on Website
Our website uses cookies to improve usability and optimize content.
Browsing data may be used to identify visitors and for targeted advertisements across online platforms.
Data Sharing with Third-Party Systems
Neo DCR Sales shares limited data with third parties only where necessary to deliver services or resolve issues:
User email IDs may be shared with app performance systems in case of crashes.
Email IDs may also be shared with support platforms for chat or ticket resolution.
Mobile numbers may be shared with integrated SMS platforms for automated communication.
All third-party partners are carefully chosen to meet our privacy and security standards. We do not sell or share user data with any unauthorized third party.
Data Ownership and Retention
All data captured belongs to Neo DCR Sales customers (the direct or indirect employer of app users).
Data retention and purging are governed by licensing agreements with customers.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, end users acknowledge their employer’s ownership and associated handling of the data.

Image & Form Data
The Neo DCR Sales app does not access or read any images from a user’s personal gallery.
Images are captured only within the app for specific feature requirements (e.g., proof of visit, order documentation, expense receipts, etc.), and only with the user’s consent.
These images are securely stored in the system and are never shared publicly.
Access to such images is restricted solely to the respective company administrators (employers). Even administrators do not have the right to publish or share these images outside the platform.
